Join me for a scheduled class or contact me for a private session for yourself or a group of friends. My home studio can accommodate up to four students and I can travel to your location with mats/props.

Current Schedule - Classes
Strength and Balance
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 am AZ time, 11:00 am EST
A hybrid Yoga, Strength and Balance class. This class uses hand weights to target the upper body while employing large muscle groups to work the lower body and develop balance.
At home you will need at least one set of light weights (or use a soup can) to begin to assess your limits; and a chair/stool for support in balancing.

Yoga Foundations - Beginner to Intermediate; focus on learning the basic movements leading to more complex postures; development of breath work and meditation; modifications as needed; inspired by training in traditional hatha yoga Sundays 9:00 am Az time/11:00 EST
All Levels Yoga - Integration of beginner and intermediate postures, breath work; modifications of poses to permit multiple levels to participate together, traditional hatha yoga, and of course meditation at the end.
As requested by clients
Restorative Yoga - a relaxing class that focuses on slowing your mind, stretching your muscles and fascia, and controlling your breath, integration of EFT to regulate emotions. At home you will need a blanket, small towel, scented lotion - stretching strap if you have one (not required).
Couples Yoga A personal experience with your partner that allows physical connection between participants while practicing yoga poses, breath control, and meditation. \
