Demystifying Meditation Introduction to Meditation and the use of "Breath"; multiple methods for meditating; practical methods for integration into daily routines.
Introduction to EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques, a branch of Energy Psychology - and practical ways to integrate it into daily routines. EFT helps to break unhealthy thought/reaction patterns, releasing participants from "fight or flight" reactions to freedom.
Advanced EFT (Targeting the use of EFT for specific issues including goal setting, addictions, weight loss, self-esteem, bullying, procrastination).
Yoga for Children Students will learn beginning yoga poses and body awareness in a fun, relaxed environment. Confidence will grow as children learn how to control their bodies, connect to their breath, and improve focus.
Gentle Yoga for all Levels Students will learn yoga poses with safe and proper form to establish a healthy yoga and meditation practice.
Strength and Balance Using light weights and gentle yoga poses, participants will tone muscle, strengthen the core, and improve balance while integrating low impact cardio throughout the workout. You can engage in light toning and can even challenge your body with heavier weights to build muscle. A class for all ages and ability levels - modifications and supports to allow for full participation.
