I not only teach yoga, but create and conduct individualized presentations about wellness practices that integrate yoga, EFT, nutrition, and other healthy lifestyle choices. My home studio accommodates small groups, and I teach and will travel to other studios or the location of your choice. Many students participate by zoom link.

Strength and Balance
Mondays at 4:00 pm AZ time, 6 pm EST
Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:00 am AZ time, 10:00 am EST
Sundays at 9:00 am AZ time, 11:00 am EST
A hybrid Yoga, Strength and Balance class. This class uses hand weights to target the upper body while employing large muscle groups to work the lower body and develop balance.
At home you will need at least one set of light weights (or use a soup can) to begin to assess your limits; and a chair/stool for support in balancing.
Beginner's Yoga
Saturdays at 9:00 am AZ time, 11:00 am EST
Simple yoga poses explained and modified for student's physical readiness.
Restorative Yoga/EFT
A relaxing session to release stress, stretch the body, let go of negative thoughts...ready yourself for sleep...nothing difficult - all to put body at ease.
At home on zoom, you will need a quiet place, blanket, scented lotion as desired; straps for stretching if you have them - not required.
Yoga Group Sessions- $15 per class; 4 class package $50
Couples - $40 per one hour session, personalized to your needs
Private Classes - $ 40 per one hour session; contact for time availability
